SMS Terms & Conditions
Effective June 2026
Program description
When you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, Azalea Hospice and Palliative Care may send you text (SMS) messages related to your inquiry, scheduling an in-home nurse visit, and care coordination. We send messages only to people who have given express consent.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us (for example, scheduling and follow-up). These are conversational, not bulk marketing, messages.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Azalea Hospice does not charge for text messages.
How to opt out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one final message to confirm you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again.
How to get help
If you are experiencing any issues, reply with the keyword HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at (903) 470-1994 or care@azaleahospice.com.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
Privacy
We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Important
Text messaging is not a substitute for emergency care. If this is a medical emergency, call 911. Please do not share detailed medical information by text.
